Elesebeth: A Passionate advocate for Equine Wellbeing
Horses have been a huge part of Elesebeth's life, she became a rider as a young child. Spending every opportunity with horses, every school holiday was spent at pony days and helping at the stables. She went on to study Equine Management at college (completing with distinction). Robin her Irish Sports Horse has led her to hugely deepen her equine knowledge in order to keep him comfortable, calm & content. He is the driving force behind Althea Equine Therapy's offerings.
Each of Elesebeth's animals have push her studies further - could they be happier? Healthier? More content?
How do humans influence and perhaps inhibit these elements in their domesticated lifestyle?
How can we improve this and provide the best we can for them?
Elesebeth completed her Botanical Self Healing Practitioner training after using botanical remedies with great success with her own animals. This training enables her to facilitate sessions for both canines and equines.
She is passionate about high level animal welfare and strives from working with clients and their animals to achieve this.
Elesebeth's passion working with horses led her to train in equine massage therapy with Centaur Equine Massage Training which she completed with Distinction. This training covered all elements of massage therapy including extensive written modules as well as the very important practical training days.
Elesebeth is keen to continuously expand her knowledge so actively pursuits CPD (continued professional development) to keep up with the latest advancements in her industry.
